**AFTERMARKET TECHNICAL SUPPORT**
**Mission**
- To handle the requests of technical support from customers
- To evaluate warranty claims received by service dealers and customers.
- To prepare and do technical trainings to customers' technical teams.
This position reports to the CTS Business Line Manager and will work in close cooperation with equipment's sales team.
**Job description**
- Provide remote technical support
- Organize trainings for customers and service dealers in relation to specific products, remotely or at customers' premises, domestic or abroad.
- Check constantly bulletins and the technical documentation related to the products part of our portfolio
- Handle through dedicated tools the requests of technical support, certifications and documentation raised by customers
- Keep customers updated about the actions required
- Handle warranty requests, following the whole approval/rejection cycle, checking invoices and reports to Product Company through the dedicated tools
- Work with quality support to report eventual technical issues to the product company
- Keep a constant relationship with the Product Companies and specifically with technical support
- Support colleagues whenever possible in relation to the area of competence
- Occasional travel to customer sites and workshops / offices
**Experience requirements**
- Experience as technical support and/or customers' contact is welcome
- Technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components is a plus
- Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset
**Knowledge**
- Fluent in Italian
- Fluent in English (other language will be an advantage)
- Technical background
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electric schemes
- Excellent communication skills to work at all levels within an organization
- Strong PC skills with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge about PLCs and Inverters will be a plus
- Driving license, ability to travel domestic and abroad

**Job location**
Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna), Italy.
Residence in the zone of Bologna is required.
