Role Purpose:The Aftermarket & Indirect Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration through the development and execution of sales strategies for aftermarket products and indirect sales channels. This role involves managing a diverse team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The leader will leverage their deep understanding of the automotive industry and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, optimize sales processes, and achieve financial targets. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance sales culture, promoting team development, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
Who you areAchieve annual global aftermarket revenue and total contract value (TCV) through our subsidiaries in the UK and France, as well as our national partners network, including distributors and NSPs in approximately 40 countries.Implement our aftermarket strategy for both connected and non-connected products by managing the entire sales team.Understand the dynamics of aftermarket and service provider sales, develop tailored sales strategies for each market, and create a pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities.Position our market-leading aftermarket propositions (products and services) in all countries.Expand into new markets or channels with our current product portfolio, focusing on APAC, the Americas, and Africa.Maintain high-level customer relationships at all levels.Ensure our partners network operates as Vodafone representatives, adhering to all Vodafone policies.Collaborate with Vodafone Business sales teams and VGE GAMs to ensure the successful implementation of our products.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, and Marketing, to drive lead generation, product awareness, and operational and product improvements.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:5 to 10 years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry (Aftermarket, Original Equipment Services).Strong team management skills.Knowledge of local automotive safety and security markets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both externally and internally.Proficiency in IT, including Windows, MS Office, and Salesforce.Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
