Eaton's Mobility Group has an opening for an Aftermarket Controller & Pricing Specialist who will be responsible for AFM Mobility Group EMEA business controlling and Pricing Specialist.
What you'll do: Strategic Financial Partnering & Planning: Advise leadership on financial implications of strategies, develop profit plans, strategic plans, forecasts, and financial reports, and influence commercial negotiations to meet revenue growth and profitability targets. Pricing & Quotations Management: Lead and monitor quotations, pricing lists, and distributor bonuses to align with commercial strategy and targets, and conduct P&L variance analysis to uncover insights and propose trajectories. Training & Organizational Support: Train Area Managers on financials, support organizational transformation with tailored Sales Incentive Programs, and analyze sell-out data to reconcile customer performance and support sales and marketing teams. Site Controller (South Africa): Financial Management & Forecasting: Plan, manage, and evaluate financial forecasts and operating results, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial data and reports, and recommending actions to achieve revenue and financial targets. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, local statutory requirements, and internal controls, including SOX compliance. Budgeting & Capital Management: Develop budgeting and financial reporting systems, control product costing, evaluate and approve capital requests, and monitor spending, ensuring compliance through follow-up audits. Qualifications: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Minimum of 4-6 years in Finance Controlling. Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures. Experience in Marketing and Sales Preferred Operational Finance Experience onsite (>1 year) and mandatory English Knowledge, MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skill set, effective at all levels of the organization and able to influence and challenge the decision process. Effective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic multinational environment and matrix organization. Business acumen and sound financial understanding. Analytical techniques for developing research and interpreting data. Vehicle products, market, and channel knowledge a plus. Knowledge of Eaton products (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of sales and cost accounting principles.
