Our esteemed customer is a global, multi-hundred-million-USD revenue company with more than 5,500 employees designing, engineering and manufacturing product solutions for primarily (but not only) the commercial and residential appliances, cooking, heating, refrigeration, and transport industries, and their aftermarket channels. Responsibilities This is a Sales role focused on the Aftermarket channel in EMEA and, within that more specifically, small OEM's and distributors located across EMEA. This role entails more specifically: • Responsibility for all sales activities (developing customer and product portfolio) in the assigned region; • Reinforcing relationships with existing customers, for repeat business; • Managing and updating the Company's existing database within CRM tools, to identify prospects and build market intelligence; • Preparing quotations based upon company pricing structures and negotiations with customers; • Creating regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives in terms of revenues and profitability and in collaboration with a central team (product managers and business development managers) to establish and execute a sales goal for the region (both short and long-term); • Being accountable for forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales; and • Developing and managing an efficient distribution network, to enhance the Company's sales performance.
Your Profile Experience, Competencies, and Other Details: • Knowledge of components/spare parts business, with a technical background also advantageous though not essential; • Experience in dealing with Distributors and OEM's within at least one of the following sectors: residential appliances, cooking, heating, refrigeration; • At least 6 years' experience in an international sales environment; • Strong communication Skills; • Collaboration/team working skills; • Ready to travel up to 50% of time; • Fluent English required, other language(s) could be a plus.
