Key Responsibilities: Processing and management of dental orders/dispatchCreate purchase order, order confirmation & returns…etcWork with accounting to align on payment / dunning processOrder spare parts and refurbished products for replacement processEnsures the updating and reliability of the department's databases and files.Ensures compliance with current regulations on data protection and access to information.Years and type of experience: More than 2 years of professional experience in similar rolesGood English skills (both spoken & written)Excellent organizing and prioritization skillsGreat service- and customer orientationStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsProactive and self-driven personalityThis position will be based in Rome.
