Descrizione LavoroThe After Market Business Unit Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Define and implement strategies for aftermarket services, including maintenance, technical support, and spare parts.Manage and develop the dedicated team, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and new business lines.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.Competenze ed esperienzaAt least 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the industrial or packaging sector.Strong managerial, strategic, and leadership skills.In-depth knowledge of aftermarket business models, including spare parts and services sales dynamics.Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Willingness to travel.Experience in entrepreneurial contexts will be considered a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Results-oriented mindset.Completa l'offerta
