She/He will report to the Head of Prada Media.RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning affiliate activities based on the campaigns' calendar and commercial needs.
Coordinating creative assets for the channel across different departments.
Coordinating and briefing the agency.
Approving publishers' proposals and media packages, ensuring they align with the brand's image.
Monitoring results on a daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD basis, and addressing strategies to optimize results.
Monitoring results versus budget.
Producing forecasts.
Implementing reports.
Negotiating with publishers.
Continuously improving the program with new features.
Developing projects with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program growth.
REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
Strong and proven experience in affiliate marketing and knowledge of tools and platforms.
Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce (ROI and conversion driven objective).
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Exceptional communication and writing skills in both Italian and English.
