The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves recruiting new affiliates for the current affiliate platform while building and maintaining relationships with existing affiliate partners, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Recruit new affiliate partners and manage relationships with existing ones.
Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements and commission structures.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates to enhance collaboration and ensure program success.
Provide support and guidance to affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve conversion rates and overall program performance.
Tracking and Reporting: Manage existing affiliate tracking tools to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.
Overview of the regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance and Fraud Prevention: Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines and compliance standards.
Implement measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within the affiliate program.
Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative marketing team to ensure compelling creative assets and promotional materials for affiliates.
Provide affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote the products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of successful program management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and platforms.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
This job is available as fully remote or Malaga.
