Leading affiliation network in Italy with a specific focus on the world of gaming. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Partnership and Affiliate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate can actively contribute to the growth of our company, currently in the transition phase from startup to consolidated reality.
Responsibilities:Managing the affiliate program and building strong relationships with partners.Recruiting new affiliates, negotiating and managing contracts.Monitoring and optimizing affiliate performance.Providing support to partners.Collaboration with the BI team to monitor campaigns and develop growth strategies based on data analysis and innovative retention strategies.Seeking additional growth channels through new partnerships.Requirements:Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in an affiliate network.Proven experience in managing and growing affiliate networks and partnerships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-oriented approach and willingness to monitor performance even at the end of the week.Knowledge of the world of gaming and sports betting (advantage).We also offer:
