Aerospace Mechanical/System Engineer

GAUSS Srl is looking for an Aerospace Mechanical/System Engineer to add to its workforce in Rome, Italy. The candidate shall be graduated in Aerospace Engineering (master's degree ).
Minimum work experience: 2 years.
Main tasks:
Design, development, integration, and testing of subsystems for aerospace systems. Passionate about space exploration and innovative technologies. Design tools: Solidworks, FEM analysis software, MATLAB, LabView. Systems requirements definition and analysis. Complex mechanical system design from concept to production: CAD design, components selection, satellite/aerospace construction materials and technologies, static and dynamic thermos/mechanical verification, production documentation. Prototyping of systems (mechanical, electrical/electronic) and test capabilities. Use of basic mechanics/electronics lab tools. Experience with CFD (subsonic/supersonic) analyses. Basics of RF telecommunications. Basics of rocket propulsion. Experience with microsatellite systems. Knowledge of clean room and ESD safety procedures. Personal skills:
