We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.As Program Manager for the AE2100 activities you will be executing program and operating in the context of service (MRO, spares and support) projects.In this role you will be responsible to fulfill customer orders and needs according to the contracts requirements.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the execution of AE2100 program, maximizing benefits and opportunities in the contractLead internal teams (Engineering and Manufacturing) involved in service and engineering support for customerUpdate and monitor budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, ...), financials (collection, ...), program KPI (OTD, VoC, ...)Actively identify and manage risks and support in keeping risk register updatedExecute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfactionResponsible for the flow-down of Customer Demand to GSC managing customer orders as per contract in placeBe the prime customer contact for the execution of the contract/projectCommunicate and interact with the customers on an ongoing basis; report and share program progress during periodic program reviews; customer interface with the internal stakeholdersConduct regular reviews to drive and maintain engine, module and accessories cost at or below targets by comparison with catalogue or available business planSupport the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer's needs through the negotiations and until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meetingFollow GE compliance Policies ('The Spirit and The Letter') and promote open reportingQualifications/RequirementsEngineering master's degree from an accredited university or college (Aerospace or Management Engineering preferred)Previous experience in managing projects, demonstrating strong project management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with different departmentsAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programsHigh Customer Oriented skillsItalian and English written and oral good knowledgeWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsRelevant Experience in Service Business, in Military Programs or equivalent roleDeep knowledge of military programs and contractsStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsAbilities to create a consolidated and valuable collaboration networkWhat We OfferSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
