As Program Manager for the AE2100 activities you will be executing program and operating in the context of service (MRO, spares and support) projects.In this role you will be responsible to fulfill customer orders and needs according to the contracts requirements.Job Description Essential Responsibilities Responsible for the execution of AE2100 program, maximizing benefits and opportunities in the contract Lead internal teams (Engineering and Manufacturing) involved into service and engineering support for customer Update and monitor budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, ...), financials (collection, ...), program KPI (OTD, VoC, ...) Actively identify and manage risks and support in keeping risk register update Execute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfaction Responsible for the flow-down of Customer Demand to GSC managing customer orders as per contract in place Be the prime customer contact for the execution of the contract/project Communicate and interact with the customers on an on-going basis; report and share program progress during periodic program reviews; customer interface with the internal stakeholders Conduct regular reviews to drive and maintain engine, module and accessories cost at or below targets by comparison with catalogue or available business plan Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer's needs through the negotiations and until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting Follow GE compliance Policies ('The Spirit and The Letter') and promote open reporting Qualifications/Requirements Engineering master's degree from an accredited university or college (Aerospace or Management Engineering preferred) Previous experience in managing projects, demonstrating strong project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with the different departments Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs High Customer Oriented skills Italian and English written and oral good knowledge Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Relevant Experience in Service Business, in Military Programs or equivalent role Deep knowledge of military programs and contracts Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Abilities to create a consolidated and valuable collaboration network What we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
