You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?You will work with the senior team to source and execute mandates across a variety of sectors, assisting them in all aspects of the transactions.
You will support the identification of opportunities, prepare pitch books for marketing and documents for execution purposes, and oversee the financial and valuation analysis.
You will also have the opportunity to play a prominent role in client meetings and industry conferences.What you offer6+ years' of investment banking experience (either from an Investment Bank, Advisory practice or top-4 accounting practice)Skilled in financial modelling, with the ability to train others and review others' workThorough grasp of financial concepts and valuationAn excellent academic recordYou will be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peersStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluent in ItalianIdeally you have spent part of your career in Italy and have a network of peers in the country.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
