Job Description What You will be Doing:
Drafting of reports, market analysis of real estate/property complexes and agency opinion. Conduct data collection related to the Italian and international economy, as well as socio-demographic analyses. Support in the identification of new insights and areas for investigation to propose analysis to Clients or prospects. Work collaboratively within a team, coordinating with other divisions of the Colliers Group. Qualifications What You Bring:
Degree in Economics (preference) or Engineering/Architecture; a Master in Real Estate is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in advisory/consultancy roles, clerical level.
