Job Description**
What will you take care of?
**
You will have the chance to become an expert on Advertising and Communication.
- **
Help shaping the future**: you will support the Advertising and Marketing department in market analysis, you will also support the team in the definition and the implementation of media proposal for Corporate and Business Unit, in compliance with budget and KPIs.
- **
Experience cooperation**: you will be engaged in studying and deepening the overall media scenario and the specific commercial offers and the evolution of advertising opportunities in the media sector.
In particular: contacts with current suppliers and research/experimentation of new advertising channels; analysis of the competitive scenario of the reference market and definition and implementation of the most effective media proposals (e.g.
TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Programmatic, SEO, SEA, SoMe Adv ecc); Management of the action-plan to ensure the correct timing of the campaigns; Periodic monitoring of the progress of the media plan at the level of the main performance KPIs, evaluating appropriate optimizations; Interfacing with the functions involved for the purchase of spaces and the management of the administrative flow.

Use creativity and scope for development**: you will have the chance to use your creativity becoming familiar with the evolution of advertising opportunities in the media sector and related players and format Definition and implementation of the most effective media proposals for corporate and Bus requires knowledge and comprehensive vision of needs and opportunities.
You will as well involved in output processes, such as delivering adv materials to the publishers and developing of new presentations for Top and Middle Management.

Live internationally**:you will have the chance to experience the complexity of a large multinational company environment as well as interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Education**:Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communication
- **
Languages**:fluent Italian and English minimum B2
- **
Experience and know-how**:good knowledge of Office (especially Excel and Power Point).
Interest in media and digital topics.

Work style**:analytical, communicative and trading skills.
- **
Personality**:good** **organizational, relational and good public speaking skills.
Additional Information
Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia.
Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
