Eaton's Mobility Group is seeking an Advanced Purchasing & Total Cost Out Manager, based in either Turin, Italy or Tczew or Bielsko-Biala, Poland. This role will lead our Program Management and Advanced Purchasing team, manage project portfolios, align with product lines and regional goals, and implement cost optimization strategies. What you'll do: Plan, develop, and deploy Program Management and Advance Purchasing activities, including idea generation, business-case development, resource alignment, project tracking, financial reporting, and TCO process improvements. Monitor and report negotiation activities, ensuring alignment with Purchasing and Regional goals. Lead a team to ensure alignment with EAM, CDC, CVT, and AFM product line requirements. Benchmark Eaton's cross-business and cross-regional TCO processes and industry best practices. Manage the SCM projects portfolio, from initiation to closure, ensuring BOM cost estimation and total landed cost targets are met. Implement the Advance Purchasing process to identify a supply base with the latest technologies to meet customer needs. Ensure functional excellence in Program Management, Early Supplier Engagement, and Advance Purchasing, leveraging Eaton Business System tools like Pro Launch NPD, STP, and Change Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain; MBA and PMP certification preferred. 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Program Management. Experience in large multinational manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures. Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. Skills: Experienced team leader with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to drive organizational change and customer care. Proficient in defining problems, eliminating root causes, and creating supply chain solutions and process improvements; knowledgeable in commodities, cost drivers, and manufacturing techniques. Strategic thinker with understanding of key financial metrics, Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred), and expertise in purchasing and supplier management best practices.
