Responsibilities:
YOU will be involved in the following tasks: Perform quality tests on standard and development products in compliance with the regulations and operating procedures in force, respecting the required and conditioning timeframes. Document the results of the analyses with instrument reports where possible; Use the test methods with adequate knowledge of the same; Performs and completes a series of complex, varied and atypical tasks and assignments; Knowledge of the methods and equipment used to be able to solve the problems of the tests; Support any doubts raised by production, PS, and other functions in relation to the test methods and procedures. Supports, internally in the laboratory, less experienced team members; Develops solutions to complex problems and supports the development of new procedures; Uses the workflow required by LIMS (Sample Manager) for receiving samples, the type of tests requested and entering data into the system (SM/SAP) Perform and document any instrument checks using the appropriate tools (MSA, Control Charts) Report and ensure that instruments and equipment are correctly repaired in the event of errors or operating problems Apply safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment; collaborate to increase laboratory safety and maintain a safe work environment for themselves and others Cleaning and routine maintenance of machinery and work equipment Qualifications:
What YOU will bring to the team: Graduation as a chemical expert or Industrial chemistry degree or Chemistry degree Ability to work in a team and willingness to work Analytical thinking and structured way of working, full technical knowledge and skills in complex analyses requiring the use of chemicals Manual dexterity Precise, accurate and independent work Availability to work shifts with commitment and flexibility English basic/intermediate level Analytical mindset 5S Knowledge of SAP, LIMS (SM, CHIP), office package Organizational and planning skills Knowledge of statistics Knowledge of mechanical, physical, thermal and self-extinguishing analyses Previous work experience in the field of quality control relating to chemical analyses, standard and non-standard, and the use of solvents (viscosity, titration)
