Ads Performance Specialist, Advertiser Success Team - Growth APAC Advertiser Success Team (AST) works on optimizing account's Sponsored Ads performance for Amazon advertisers. As an Ads Performance Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals through opportunity identification and ads campaign optimization. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Ads Performance Specialist who will assist Amazon advertisers in optimizing their ads accounts to achieve their business goals. Additionally, an Ads Performance Specialist will have the opportunity to test internal tools and gather/share insights with internal product and tech teams. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in interacting with clients (phone/email) and be flexible to changes. You play a key role in growing the business by being the Sponsored Ads expert and developing ads campaign strategy and optimization recommendations to help grow clients' business. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to explain recommendations to clients clearly and effectively. You should thrive in ambiguous situations with strong skills in stakeholder management and communication. You should have great attention to detail, solid capabilities in deep diving, data analyzing, judgment making, and multi-tasking (in terms of assisting multiple clients with different issues at one time), and most importantly, delighting customers. Key Job Responsibilities Help Amazon advertisers based in China analyze their Sponsored Ads campaigns' data, identify opportunities to optimize keywords, targets, and tactics for improving campaigns' performance, and generate optimization recommendations for advertisers. Engage and communicate with advertisers regularly to explain the logic and values of the optimization recommendations. Recommend new ads products or tactics to advertisers based on their business goals and their campaigns' current status. Partner with multiple internal stakeholders for smooth cross-team collaborations.
