Admissions Intern

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Admissions department.
The candidate will provide timely and effective support to prospective families throughout the admission process, from the first contact to final enrollment.
Job Responsibilities Manage leads pipeline through daily outreach via phone/email;Organize informational meetings with prospective students and families;Organize admissions events;Collect required student documentation pertaining to the admissions process;Manage leads database, perform data analysis and reporting.Desired Qualifications Degree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, humanities, business);Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;Interest in the field of education;Fluency in both English and Italian.Safeguarding Statement:ICS Milan is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
