Profile Administrator assisting with facilities admin tasks, finance queries, and chasing, based in Theale, but Portugal (ideally Porto) or Munich are also possible.
Main requirements Very good or excellent German and English language skills, written, reading, and spoken. Other languages are advantageous.Good IT skills with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to communicate confidently with external vendors & landlords, as well as internal staff & service partners.Ability to work under their own initiative, with support available remotely from the Places team members.Assist with finance queries, including following up with the finance team on invoice queries and related matters.Help onboard vendors by gathering key information and copying documents to complete the onboarding process.Assist with high-level translation of documents (German) to aid understanding by non-German speakers.Assist with other administrative tasks as directed.
