ProfileAdministrator assisting with facilities admin tasks, finance queries and chasing, based in Theale, but Portugal (ideally Porto) or Munich are also possible.
Main RequirementsThey need to have the following skills: Very good or excellent German and English language skills, written, reading, and spoken. Other languages are advantageous.Good IT skills with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to communicate confidently with external persons like vendors and landlords, as well as internal staff and service partners.Ability to work independently while being supported remotely by the team.Assist with finance queries, including following up with the finance team on invoice queries and related matters.Help onboard vendors by gathering key information and copying documents to complete the onboarding process.Assist with high-level translation of documents (German) to aid understanding by non-German speakers.Assist with other administrative tasks as directed.
