Administrative Officer L'Officiel Monaco (M/W/D)

Responsibilities: Coordinating distribution and expanding sales points in Monaco and the French Riviera.
Conducting meetings with distribution partners.
Processing and issuing invoices (approximately 3-5 per month).
Managing the corporate PayPal account.
Submitting invoices to the accountant.
Handling contracts and operational documents.
Performing additional operational tasks as they arise.
Participating in online Zoom conferences.
Requirements, Skills, and Experience: Located in the French Riviera or close to Monaco with work permission in France or Italy.
High online affinity and strong interest in social media, fashion, and beauty topics.
Initial experience in administration and bookkeeping.
Confident command of English and French.
Knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian is a significant advantage.
Structured and team-oriented working method.
Stress resistance.
Reliability and good organizational skills.

This is a part-time job with flexible working hours in the home office, up to 12 hours a week.
We will help you enter the fashion journalism industry and gain your first experiences in administrative tasks.

Start Date: As soon as possible Work Remotely: Yes There will be a 14-day trial period.
The trial period is unpaid.
After 14 days, our team will inform you if we will proceed with the conditions listed above.
