For the Mantua headquarters we are looking for: Administrative Manager Duties Responsibilities:Coordinate the Administrative OfficeSupervise the passive cyclePrepare and verify accounting entries aimed at drawing up monthly and annual balance sheetsPrepare periodic reporting for clientsVerify the correct management of asset accountsManage tax and fiscal deadlines with the support of external consultantsRequirements:At least 4 years' experience in roles of responsibility in administrative accounting management, preferably in structured companies or auditing firmsDiploma in Accounting and/or Degree in EconomicsExcellent knowledge of the Office package, specifically ExcelFluent knowledge of the English languageAutonomy in managing accounting up to the balance sheetKnowledge of the Navision system and the IAS/IFRS international accounting principles will be considered a plusOrganizational and work planning skills in compliance with deadlinesPrecision and accuracyClear and effective communicationLocation and type of work: The activity is intended to be in person.
