Renowned engineering company in the field of hydraulics and hydrotechnology has entrusted us with the search for a:
Administrative Assistant Tender Office (61/24) The figure sought, reporting directly to Management, will perform the role of Administrative Assistant for Tender Office, working in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on administrative activities and on the management of the documentation required for tender procedures.

In detail, he/she will be responsible for:
identification of tender notices through dedicated portals; verification of requirements and feasibility, in cooperation with the technical office; drafting and uploading on the portals of the administrative documentation required for participation in tenders, according to the requirements and terms set out in the Tender Specifications; administrative management of contracts and constant monitoring of the entire process; monitoring of the deadlines and timelines assigned; certification of works upon completion; administrative support and coordination with external parties (e.g.
accountancy firms, labour consultancies, banks, etc.).
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a proactive and flexible person in possession of a diploma or degree in an economic-management or legal field, preferably with experience in the engineering, architecture or building/construction sectors.

The following is requisite:
a comprehensive knowledge of tender processes and related administrative activities; administrative skills, including the ability to work independently in reading and understanding contracts; a good knowledge of digital tools, in particular Excel and tender portals.
Knowledge of the English language will be preferential.

Excellent organisational skills, precision, attention to detail and problem solving complete the profile.

Place of work: East Milan.
