The ideal candidate will provide support for the administrative as well as operational activities of the Business Unit Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on sales and pre-sales-related needs, by ensuring effective management of daily tasks, contributing to process optimization and actively collaborating with both customers and internal teams across different branches.
Responsibilities:Document management, reports, and data analysesAssist the management of the business unit with daily activitiesProvide administrative support for the Milan office in accordance with company guidelinesCollaborate with key accounts to prepare and monitor project proposals, contracts, and ordersManage pre-sales-tailored communication and provide organizational support for both internal meetings and external eventsFacilitate the cooperation between the Milan office and other branch offices to ensure operational alignment and meet deadlinesRequirements:Proficiency in English and ItalianAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)Familiarity with ERP and/or any CRM systems (ideally with MS Dynamics 365)Excellent organizational as well as time management abilities, with high attention to detail and accuracyClear and effective communication skills, both internally as well as with customers and a team-oriented mindsetWe offer:Involvement in international consulting projects in the IT field within as well as outside the Würth GroupFlexible working hours as well as home office option (1 day per week)Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary modelWide range of trainings, certifications, and in general development opportunities in terms of both education and career pathwayWould you like to learn more about this vacancy?
