Within Generali The Human Safety (THSN) we are looking for an administrative/accounts profile to support the administrative management of the institutional and ancillary activities of THSN Foundation.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Ensuring the various financial reports to the external accountant and auditors for the preparation of the Financial Statements and Social Impact ReportMonitoring the daily cash flowMonitoring and ensuring the yearly cash outCoordinating/performing the contributions from the Generali companies and third partiesControlling and ensuring the efficient management of the bank accountsReviewing payments and disbursements: preparing the payment orders within the internal procedures (Sap system), verifying the correct finalization of the paymentsManaging accounts payable: verifying and approving invoices, making payments to suppliers, and reconciling supplier statementsManaging accounts receivable: this includes generating invoices, tracking payments, and follow up on overdue payment, reconciling the customers payments against bank statementsReconciling bank statements: comparing financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracyAssisting in the preparation of the Annual Planning/Budget and periodical review: taking into account revenue projections, expenses, and cash flow requirements; oversees the implementation of the budget, ensuring that expenses and revenues align with the financial planMaintaining compliance with internal practices and procedures, accounting standards etc.Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, tracked, and documented Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferredMinimum of one year accounting experienceFluency in English (spoken and written)Accounting software experienceAs the position involves managing financial statements, spreadsheets, and databases, strong computer skills are also essentialStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesThe resource must also be motivated, oriented to the professional updating, precise, with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Soft skills: Excellent oral and written communication skillsFlexibility and ability to prioritizeFlexibility to work in/with virtual teamsTeam worker, demonstrate a strong motivation for purpose driven activities, a clear doer mindset Company Profile
