EDI is looking for Administrative Accountant to join our creative team.

The Administrative Accountant is responsible for managing and controlling administrative and accounting documents, issuing and entering invoices, monitoring payments and collections, and preparing periodic and annual tax returns (income tax returns, F24, unique certification, VAT settlement).
They contribute to the administrative management of the company, accounting and financial statement activities, management control, and bank relations.
Additionally, they provide technical and logistical support to the entire team and make necessary adjustments to the workflow.

Responsibilities and Duties ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Manages accounting and tax deadlines, directly or indirectly;
Handles incoming and outgoing invoicing;
Manages sales and purchasing administration;
Prepares all documentation for the annual financial statement in coordination with the accountant.
CREDITS Manages the company's cash flow, forecasting expenses and receipts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations; follows up on customer payments and ensures all necessary documentation is facilitated.
Manages the payment schedule for suppliers and plans payments according to available liquidity.
MANAGEMENT CONTROL AND REPORTING Automates a monthly reporting system to provide the company's top management with necessary information for proactive management through the use of slides/Google Sheets;
Solicits and obtains necessary information from various company departments, verifies them, and requests further clarifications if needed.
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT Reviews quotes from major suppliers, negotiating directly if necessary, and gets approval from the administrative and financial manager;
Ensures direct management of some suppliers;
Schedules and controls supplier payments;
Checks supplier invoices, requesting approval from colleagues if necessary;
Manages and controls Audiovisual Tax Credits;
Commits to acting in accordance with the company's core values, thereby contributing to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Previous Work Experience and Education High School Diploma in Accounting/Five-year ITE (A degree in economics, finance, or accounting and a master's in these fields is a plus);
At least 4-5 years of experience in administration, accounting, management control, finance;
Preferably experience in the film and audiovisual industry, even if brief.
Requirements Vision and analytical and forecasting abilities;
Attention to detail and monitoring;
Experience in managing accounting in the Cinema and Entertainment sector is appreciated: ex-enpals, Tax Credit;
English language proficiency at level B1;
Documented IT skills: Zucchetti Gestionale 1, advanced Excel (Pivot and Macro), Google Sheets;
