For a Multinational Company operating in Life Science Sector, we are looking for the: ADMINISTRATION & STATUTORY ACCOUNTS DIRECTOR Main responsibilities Reporting to the Group CFO and managing an international team, the Administration & Statutory Accounts Director is responsible for the Accounting and Administration activities of the Group's Italian legal entities, the preparation of the relevant financial statements and the Group consolidated accounts in compliance with IFRS reporting standards, law requirements and Group policies and procedures.
Activities: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring timely and accurate feed up of the books.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, year-end Financial Statements and relevant disclosures.
Manage and monitor European share service center performance (20 legal entities).
Enhance administrative systems, processes and policies.
Ensure duly coordination, support and interaction for the external audit of financial statements.
Ensure the management and development of staff competences/skills.
Candidate profile We are currently seeking a proactive Manager with experience in multinational environments in Headquarters offices.
Educational Knowledge and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting/Finance or Business Administration.
In depth knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting principles Accounting, reporting and consolidation techniques Knowledge of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Laws, regulations and rules governing accounting and tax areas In depth knowledge of SAP system and Oracle (FCCS tool) Business acumen & problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards common safety goals and a passion for driving positive change.
