Job Description Support the Investment Team in the coordination of activities between Media Controller Team (10 people located in India/Mauritius) and Local Media Agencies. Based on monthly digital media spent, ensure proper costs uploading in the administrative invoicing tool. Create and process work orders on the invoicing tool, associating detailed supplier cost. Download media spending reports by client from tech platforms. Identify detailed cost structure. Manage large excel databases, provide detailed reports by client and supplier. Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on Programmatic investments for internal and intercompany purposes. Help create policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment between Media Agencies, Administration, Finance, and PMX. Publicis Media is looking for a Media Investment Controller Intern for its Rome office!

Qualifications If in your past experience:

Master Degree in Business Administration Good knowledge of Excel Great analytical thinking skills Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) If you are:
