Administration Manager (11281)

We are looking for an Administration Manager to be inserted in our HQ based in Piombino Dese (PD). She/He will be responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures for the Italian legal entities. In particular:
Coordination of administrative and accounting activities for the 3 Italian legal entities: control of sales and purchase cycles, and supervision of general accounting (accruals, deferrals, adjusting entries, ...), with related controls of accounting items. Ensuring that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently. Preparation of statutory financial statements (preparation of income statement, balance sheet, notes to the financial statements, cash flow statement) under both OIC and IFRS accounting standards. Keeping of mandatory accounting and tax books and records. Fixed asset management. Support in the preparation and improvement of business procedures including analysis of current administrative procedures and possible improvements aimed at accounting process efficiency. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., audit team to provide documentation and information requested during financial audits - including those of statutory auditors; controlling department for monthly closings). Supervision and coordination of the administrative team (+10 team members): ensuring effective talent management in training and career development, properly distributing approved goals and achieving them. #J-18808-Ljbffr
