Overview Kemin Cavriago is looking for a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who serves as the initial point of contact for our visitors.
It is essential for the individual in this position to consistently exhibit a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to think quickly and logically under pressure.
This role involves interaction with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization.

Responsibilities General secretarial duties.
Support a variety of administrative tasks within the Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Operations, and HR departments, as applicable.
Manage the Cavriago reception desk, telephone/fax, internal distribution of mail & faxes, visitors' reception, and registration.
Organize general communication via the central reception desk (e.g., holiday period announcements).
Organize courier services.
Organize rooms and participants for meetings, including lunch/dinners & catering.
Manage office supplies and specific items for visitors' accommodation.
Organize travel and hotel arrangements, including visa arrangements for visitors.
Perform all other general secretarial work for the group at Cavriago.
Manage liquid waste and timely provide and keep updated information related.
Qualifications Experienced in logistics/customer service.
Customer-focused and a team player.
Multi-lingual: fluent in English (spoken & written) is a must.
Additional foreign language proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel, Access, email, ERP systems, etc.).
Good communicator.
Teamwork-oriented.
Well organized and accurate.
Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs.
Takes initiative.
