Administration And Accounting Specialist

DescriptionFor our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for an Administration and Accounting Specialist who will perform work associated with both import and export administration .Your responsibilities:Managing and planning import process, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time.Overseeing the issue of import licenses and completion of monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.Controlling all documentation related to the export process, ensuring necessary documentation is provided to customers to enable them to receive the products without delay.Monitoring the preparation and dispatch of customer export orders, and planning/directing the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination.Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.Your background:Degree in Economics ; Excellent knowledgeof Italian and English ; Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP ; Knowledge of VAT rules with reference of goods and services sold to Italian/European/Extraeuropean customers; Experience in invoicing to customers for goods sold or services offered; Experience in analyzing accounting data and postings; Precision and attention in managing financial data; In&out logistics coordination is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
