The Admin Manager (Sr. Finance Manager) plays a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the region's financial operations and administrative functions.
This role ensures accurate financial reporting, efficient store accounting, compliance with legal requirements, and optimal cost management to drive productivity and maintain competitiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets for the region.Ensure accurate store accounting and oversee all financial procedures related to store operations.Generate reports and statistics to analyze and improve regional operations.Implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize productivity across departments.Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and labor laws, overseeing all legal procedures in these areas.Liaise with tax and accounting advisors and auditors, providing necessary information for audits and regulatory compliance.Manage all payment and bank procedures, including payroll administration and salary payments in adherence to standard contracts and legal regulations.Monitor inventory results of stores, investigating and addressing any discrepancies to maintain data accuracyProvide and maintain necessary IT infrastructure for regional operations, with a focus on supporting store functions.Determine salaries for staff in accordance with company salary policies.Participate in Administration Manager's Meetings, contributing insights and strategies for regional development.Hold the keys for all stores, ensuring security measures are maintained.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration, focusing on managerial responsibilities.Experience in retail or similar industry preferred.Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, and financial compliance requirements.Familiarity with IT infrastructure management and systems implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php180,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
