What You Will Do: Management of reception and reception activities for external staff / guests / suppliers Management of incoming calls / switchboard Control of electronic and paper company correspondence Organization of trips, business trips and meetings on behalf of the management and function managers Preparation of business documents and archiving Payment preparation On-line and off-line purchases of business supplies Sounds Nice? Check the following requirements: Diploma in Business Operator or Accounting or Degree in Economics 1/2 years of previous experience conducted in similar roles - Excellent command of the Office package, in particular Excel Fluent knowledge of the English language Attitude to problem solving and ability to manage front and back-office activities with definition of priorities Excellent interpersonal communication skills and language accuracy, both written and spoken Spirit of initiative, proactivity and a positive attitude Focus on details and great accuracy Report to: Head of People €26,000 - €29,000 a year

?Flex Time: you can decide when to come and go to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00am in which presence is required, and the rest of the day is up to you! (max 40h per week)
