In this Admin Coordinator role, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team of 4 people, you will: Deal with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and extraordinary activities; Verify fulfillment in compliance with assigned deadlines; Extract data from management systems and obtain KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis; Extract monthly data, reconcile with customers, and handle internal input for reporting and/or invoicing; Share monthly PL results with the Site Manager; Manage internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement; The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company; Skilled with the Office Suite, particularly Excel; Good knowledge of English; Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines; Team worker; Ability to manage and motivate a team; Customer-oriented attitude: able to build successful relationships with clients; Good organizational and planning skills; #J-18808-Ljbffr
