ROLE & TEAM We are currently looking for a* Admin & Accounting Intern (m/f/x) to join our central AFC department, supporting and actively contributing to cross area activities of active, passive cycle, tax & admin, general accounting and treasury.
Here below are some examples of your core activities: Recording invoices in passive cycleRecording collections from tenantsPreparation and recording of payments to suppliers and landlordsRegistration of contracts with the Internal Revenue ServicePreparation of monthly reportsCross support to accounting, administration and treasury areasBachelor's degree in Economics, Management or Finance;Italian speaker;Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a strong plus;Good knowledge and use of the Office package (Word, PPT and especially Excel)Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;Problem-solving, flexibility and punctuality;Strong proactivity and strong resourcefulness.
