Position Summary: Villanova University invites applications for adjunct teaching position in Japanese language for undergraduate courses only. We are looking for a drill instructor in our Beginner and Intermediate levels. The applicant must be committed to excellence in the teaching of Japanese.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeaching and related duties will vary with the specific course(s) being taught.
Minimum QualificationsAdvanced degree in Japanese or a closely related discipline is required.Must have experience teaching Japanese at least up to Intermediate level.The applicant must be committed to excellence in teaching.Preferred QualificationsPrevious teaching experience preferred—at least, two years of post-secondary teaching in a related field.In fall 2024, candidate must be available to teach drill sections of Beginner and Intermediate Japanese on Monday 8:30am to 1:40pm.
