Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include teaching Human Resources and there may be opportunities to design courses as needed:
Creating a syllabusLeading class and conducting all associated planning and gradingReviewing student work and assessing learningParticipating in trainings and meetings (as needed) with staffMinimum QualificationsExpertise and experience in Human ResourcesMaster's degree requiredPreferred QualificationsProven ability to teach successfully in online settingsExperience with instructional technology and online course designDaytime availability for meetings as neededSociety for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certificationApplication RequirementsApplications must include:
