Adecco Consultants research for a highly reknown General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure of:
Document Controller
Responsibilities
? Liaise and co-ordinate with the project disciplines to ensure Document control management.
? Ensure all reporting procedures are maintained and prepared in the proper manner and submitted as required.
? Maintain Exyte Document control strategies and systems.
? To ensure that company QA standards with regard to flow of documentation in and out of head office.
? To ensure that company procedures are followed with regard to the flow of information.
? Maintain a register of all documents.
? Sort and file all received documentation.
? Review documentation requests on a daily basis and deliver all requests.
? Ensure correct procedure template, number and revision is being used
? Responsible for project document archiving and version control
? Using reports, advise Client, Subcontractor, Project Manager and Team Members on a daily basis, the status of documents and project status reports.
? Assist in project close-out and handover/archiving activities
? Ensure that the Document Control Procedures are adhered to across Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Quality
Essential
? 3+ years' experience in Documentation and Information Systems with specific experience in the Semi-Conductor and Data Centre industries.
? Main experience in Document Controls and Management Systems, Web based Database management.
? A good level of experience of operating QA systems under self-direction
? Ability to deadlines, under pressure and on own initiative showing good organisational skills
? Microsoft Office to advanced level coupled with experience using a document management system.
