What you will do:
Utilize your exceptional customer service experience and product knowledge to provide a top-quality brand experience to our customers.Assist our Leads and Coaches in training new employees.Support various departments of the store (e.g., cash management, incoming and outgoing merchandise, restocking products, setting up displays) and advise on products to meet sales goals.Use your knowledge of digital devices to create a link between in-store and online sales and services.Inform customers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services.Enhance your knowledge through our tools and training courses to ensure you stay updated and learn new information about sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.
