- Inoltrare problemi complessi ai dipartimenti appropriati per la risoluzione.
- Mantenere i record dei clienti e i dettagli delle interazioni.
- Raccogli il feedback dei clienti per supportare gli sforzi di miglioramento dei processi, monitorando i feed RSS e monitorando le prestazioni del marketplace.
