Addetto Alla Gestione Equipaggi Nave

For a ship management company specializing in Oil & Gas Industry**,** we're looking for a CREW OPERATOR, reporting directly to the Head of HSEQ.
**Duties**:
- Monitor crew schedule/roster and update crew records
- Ensure on-board personnel is in possession of required certifications according to STCW and International and National Rules and Regulations
- Crew selection according to Company Policies and to Industry requirements.
- Cooperate with Crew Operator / Manager in handling crew insurance claims (incidents and sickness)
- Assist EU crew members for all relations with Italian institutions (INPS/INAIL)
- Handle pre-embarkation and signing-off documentation, relations with Port Authorities and mandatory company INPS/INAIL notifications
- Cooperate with Crew Operator / Manager in preparing the annual budgeting for both seafarers and manning agents, to be submitted to Head of HSEQ.
- Cooperate with Head of Department and internal and external stakeholders in drawing up the annual Training Program
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years' experience in a shipping company as crew operator
- Experience with Italian and European CBAs
- Knowledge of TMSA and OCIMF Vetting Process
- Operating knowledge of OMNIA Crew Management Software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken (C1 - C2)
**Conditions**:
WORK-PLACE: Rome
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday.
STARTING DATE: January 2025
