We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a customer service mentality.
You will be trained by our team to answer calls and emails efficiently while still delivering a personalized solution to each guest.
When needed, you will assist the marketing team with administrative and marketing tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesAnswer booking enquiries of guests by phone and emailPay attention to the guest's requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and deliver personalized travel solutionsProvide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas, etc.Deliver full customer service to our guests prior to arrival and if needed during and afterAssist with marketing tasks when neededPerform other duties as assigned in line with personal skills/interestsRequirementsBackground and/or experience in the tourism branchFluent in English, French and/or German (Minimum requirement C1)Knowledge of Italian/Spanish would be a plusStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Good computer skills, including the ability to type and talk while successfully navigating through multiple applicationsInterest in the travel and hospitality industryFlexibility to work evenings and weekend shiftsBenefitsWorking with an international teamDynamic work environmentPermanent contract (after the initial trial period)Full-time job #J-18808-Ljbffr
