**Position Overview**: As an Acquisition Program Manager at Alkanna Consulting, you will oversee and manage the acquisition programs and projects for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful outcomes by leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and driving the execution of acquisition strategies. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex acquisition processes and achieve their strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Program Management**: Lead and manage acquisition programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement acquisition strategies, including market analysis, target identification, and due diligence processes.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, financial, and operational experts, to ensure seamless execution of acquisition initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisition programs, developing contingency plans as needed.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure all acquisition activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, performance, and outcomes.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve acquisition processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on acquisitions or mergers. Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of acquisition processes, market analysis, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay: €72,000.00 - €154,000.00 per year
