Find your place in sales on #TeamAmex.How will you make an impact in this role?AMEX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Senior Executive interested in Payment Industry, Planning and Data Analytics, who would like to work alongside our Acquisition Growth Team and International Card Services Acquisition Team in our Rome office. In the position you will play a meaningful role in the Team for Sales Planning Strategies and Analytics, you will be offered an opportunity to be involved in Acquisition Strategy and in meaningful projects to support the Acquisition Growth goals definition and their achievements.The Senior Executive will also support the market through Annual Sales Plan and their recurring refreshes, the Target Definition Settings, and Incentive Strategy definition on the light of obtaining profitable growth.Key ActivitiesCoordinate the Annual Commercial Sales Planning Process and Investments requests cooperating with the main Acquisition stakeholders making sure it is in line with the company strategy and prioritiesSupervise Sales results monitoring versus plan and previous year highlighting risk, opportunities, and the trend to find new business opportunities.Coordinate the Sales Commercial Target Setting process making sure it is aligned with the Plan and company's growth strategyCoordinate review's presentation on Sales results both recurring and during market visitLead Projects on Sales acquisition process optimization cooperating with a wide range on internal stakeholder (Legal, Compliance, Procurement, New Accounts)Realize Costs-Benefits Analysison new projects and partnerships, proposing changes and new incentive scheme to align the new initiatives with company's profitability targetsMaintain and develop a positive relationship with central team involved with the Role responsibilities (Performance & Insights Europe, Incentive Design Governance, Finance, Sales Incentive Plan Payment Team, etc..)Develop and maintain Big Data driven reporting framework and drill down analytics instruments to identify and support profitable decisionsRelationships with a wide range of internal and external partners at all levels of seniorityMinimum QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Engineering or StatisticsYou have 5+ years' experience in similar role and industryOrganizational skills and Proactively problem solvingSelf-starting, problem solver who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvementStrong Analytical skills and sophisticated knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, including automationGood working understanding of payments industry, card economics and Profit & LossLead with internal and external perspective understanding customers needs while leading new solutions implementations and value prop evolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, communicates candidly and effectiveProficiency in both Italian and EnglishPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of B2B business environment preferredKnowledge of Commercial Sales Organization and priorities preferredGood Knowledge of Phyton, SQL coding and automation preferredProject Management skills and experience will be a plusWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
