Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
We are looking for Accreditation System Coordinator.
The identified resource will be responsible for:
Define and manage system technical needs and requirements, including but not limited to the registration process, quota and duplicate management, pass design, pass configuration, pass printing, systems integration, among other technical developments.
Participate in and contribute technical sessions.
Follow up and report on system releases, deployments, change requests and testing.
Support the process of configuring and implementing electronic access control.
Define, configure, and develop accreditation reports.
Provide trainings and technical support to the system users including accreditation staff and external stakeholders.
Coordinate the design and production of accreditation cards, guest passes and other type of passes using the accreditation system.
Work closely with the Accreditation GF, WKF and OPS team to ensure the accreditation system is aligned with the process and operation.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure the accreditation system is fully integrated with other systems (ADS, WFM, SEQ, etc).
Liaise with the host country authorities to ensure that government requirements are integrated with the accreditation system and process.
Support the accreditation system configuration and testing as required.
Monitor real-time accreditation data and system usage, addressing any technical problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
Accreditation experience in at least one other global multi-sport event.
Highly numerate, well-developed IT (Information Technology) skills, proficient in MS package, detail-conscious and well-organised.
Proven project, risk and business management skills, and a working knowledge of project management tools.
Proven ability to manage a multi-layered project independently and take ownership of operations and procedures.
Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with other departments.
Evidence of ability to apply a clear, logical, and coherent approach to the analysis of complex issues, and the development and implementation of recommendations for action.
Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to manage high workload via effective time management and use of resources.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
English (full professional proficiency) required, Italian (full professional proficiency) required, working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Travelling and staying in different venue clusters might be required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of accreditation systems, database management.
