The Candidate , part of the SSC centre AP team, will learn how to review and do data entry of supplier invoices, using AI, and will also participate to the month end process.

The candidate, reporting to the AP Supervisor, will learn about
· Review invoices and follow up for data entry using AI
· Review invoice approvals, based on DOA (Delegation of authorities)
· Month end review and reconciliations
· SOX – Internal audit process

Requirements
Technical Skills
· Good knowledge of Excel
· Knowledge of English (level B2/C1)
Edication
· Bachelor's in accounting
· Knowledge of Power BI, AI, Power automation
Behavioural Skills
· Organized and results driven
· Strong team player and problem solver
· Passionate and proactive
