This is a maternity cover role for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the Lucca finance team, requiring precise and diligent execution.Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is focused on the control of all financial transactions for Rotork in Lucca.In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of sales ledger tasks, including raising manual sales invoices, credit notes, and credit control, completing month-end processes, including journal postings and bank reconciliations.This role would suit a diligent person with excellent attention to detail, who takes a methodical approach to their work and recognizes its value to the ongoing success and efficient functioning of the wider business.Experience Requirements:Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.Experience and competence with using MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel.English spoken preferable.The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:Excellent attention to detail.Takes a methodical approach.Good communication skills both in person, written, and virtually.Additional InformationRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases, and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.For over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
