Accounting, Treasury And Reporting Manager

For a multinational company operating in the Education sector we are looking for a Accounting, Treasury and Reporting Manager who reporting to the Italian CFO and dotted line to the Global Finance Director .This role will have frequently interaction with English mother tongue colleagues, so it is mandatory fluent English.MAIN ACTIVITIESPreparation of monthly management accounts and monthly KPI reportingPreparation of monthly finance IFRS reporting pack for issue to overseas HQ finance teamPreparation of the financial statements and coordination of tax advisor, auditors and labor consultantTreasury Management and reconciliation of bank accountsOversee the collection of all debts and ensuring client accounts are maintained within normal payment termsCollation of KPI information such as occupancy, headcount, CTSProvide insightful analysis of the financial reportsREQUIREMENTSBusiness/finance and management qualification / degree or qualified by experience.Professionally Bilingual (English/Italian) to liaise with the English Mother Tongues8+ years of experience in medium-size multinational company (100 employees) , preferably operating in multi-site service sector (such us different stores, facilities, ..)Professional experience with use of Excel and complex ERPStrong practical knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting standards including Italian, IFRS Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex topics for communication to headquarterWork experience in an international environment preferred Location: Milan (Nord Area close to mm2/mm3) #LI-NM2
