Join us and be a part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning!Job Description:Responsibilities:Participate in the implementation of the P2P (Purchase to Pay) project:Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of the P2P project.Contribute to the development and improvement of purchase-to-pay processes.Support the Accounting team in reconciling expense reports with the previous provider:Assist in reconciling and verifying expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Work closely with the team to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Provide support to the Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams:Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to facilitate smooth payment processes.Assist the General Ledger team in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.Key requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment.Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.Location:Milano - MartesanaTime Type:Full timeWorker Subtype:Intern (Fixed Term) #J-18808-Ljbffr
